Amy Lin is a technologist by background with a deep passion for innovating education and building strong communities. She is the CEO and co-founder of Edcanvas, the best way for teachers to teach with digital content. Prior to starting her company, she was building and designing the next version of Excel at Microsoft and sparked the Seattle edtech community by founding the Seattle EdTech meetup and organizing Seattle Startup Weekend EDU. She holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Bre Digiammarino brings the value of crowdfunding to education communities worldwide through her work at Indiegogo, the world’s leading crowdfunding site. Before joining Indiegogo, Bre was the Senior Associate at the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation, a social venture fund. Previously, Bre was an Associate Consultant at The Bridgespan Group, where she consulted with high impact education organizations and foundations.
Bre received her Master of Public Administration in nonprofit management from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Government from the University of Virginia. While at UVA, she founded Kids Acting Out, a nonprofit that engages college students and under-resourced youth in building life skills through drama.
Julie Bai is currently an API consultant and entrepreneur at Pearson Education. She is the founder of a project-based learning platform, being piloted this fall in Higher Education. Her passion is to give all students the opportunity to learn and grow 21st Century Skills. After joining Teach for America, she taught middle school for three years and worked primarily with students that have dyslexia. Her pedagogy is based from her experience with Expeditionary Learning, and the amazing growth of her students, as a result. She has a BS in Computer Engineering, from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and a Masters of Education from Arizona State University.
Sam Chaudhary is the co-founder and CEO of ClassDojo. Sam studied economics at the University of Cambridge, and taught high school after graduating. He subsequently worked in the education arm of consultancy firm McKinsey & Co in London.
